AeviraLife is a health-technology platform that collects biomarker results and health history, helps interpret them in plain language, and presents them to you. It is offered as a benefit sponsored by an organization such as your employer or health plan.

AeviraLife is not a clinical laboratory, not a medical provider, and not a substitute for the care of your physician. The information it presents is for educational purposes; it is not a diagnosis and not medical advice. Always review your results with a qualified provider, and never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something the platform shows you. If a result is out of range, talk to your provider.

By using AeviraLife you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You may use AeviraLife when an organization sponsors the benefit for you and you meet the eligibility its offer sets. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity under your account.

When your employer or health plan offers AeviraLife, the benefit is provided to you at no cost to you: there is no copay for the sponsored testing and interpretation the plan covers.

Any services beyond what your sponsor covers, and how they would be presented and priced before you chose them, are [LEGAL REVIEW: for counsel to confirm]. We would never charge you for something without showing you the price first.

Using AeviraLife involves collecting and interpreting your health information. How that information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your results and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.

AeviraLife does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Whether any testing is eligible for payment through a health savings account or flexible spending account depends on your plan and your circumstances; consult a qualified advisor.

Use AeviraLife only for your own benefit and only as intended. Do not attempt to access another person's information, disrupt the service, or use it in any unlawful way.

Laboratory testing and physician authorization are performed by independent laboratories and licensed clinicians, who are responsible for their own services under their own terms. Aevira coordinates the benefit; it does not perform the testing.

The AeviraLife platform, its content, and its design belong to Aevira, Inc. or its licensors. Your results and health information remain yours; using the platform does not transfer them to us beyond the uses the Privacy Policy describes.

AeviraLife is provided as a health and wellness tool. To the extent the law allows, it is provided without warranties, and the educational information it presents is not guaranteed to be complete or applicable to your particular circumstances. Medical decisions are for you and your provider.
